The last few weeks have seen seismic shifts in the COVID-19 workplace safety landscape. Below is a state-by-state summary of some of the most important changes (and continued requirements):
On May 19, 2021, New York State adopted the CDC’s Interim Public Health Recommendations for Fully Vaccinated People for most businesses and public settings.
Employers may require all employees to wear masks and social distance in the workplace, regardless of vaccination status.
