On May 14, 2021, the New Mexico Department of Health issued a Public Health Order to provide that fully vaccinated employees are not required to wear a mask or socially distance unless otherwise recommended by the latest official guidance from the CDC.
The Order further provides that businesses may impose “more stringent” mask and social distancing requirements.
