Nebraska Update

The last few weeks have seen seismic shifts in the COVID-19 workplace safety landscape. Below is a state-by-state summary of some of the most important changes (and continued requirements):
On November 9, 2020, Governor Ricketts announced new Directed Health Measures (DHM), which took effect on November 11, 2020.
The new DHM requires face coverings in any Nebraska indoor business when employees are within six (6) feet of others for 15 consecutive minutes or more.
The new DHM also addresses capacity limits and industry-specific mandates.
