The last few weeks have seen seismic shifts in the COVID-19 workplace safety landscape. Below is a state-by-state summary of some of the most important changes (and continued requirements):
On November 17, 2020, Governor Bullock issued a Directive requiring all individuals in Montana to wear face coverings consistent with the requirements described in the July 15 Directive, regardless of county case count. Previously, the face covering requirement only applied to counties with four or more confirmed and active COVID-19 cases.
The Directive also limits size for public gatherings and events and limits bar and restaurant capacity and hours. The Directive took effect on November 20, 2020.
