The last few weeks have seen seismic shifts in the COVID-19 workplace safety landscape. Below is a state-by-state summary of some of the most important changes (and continued requirements):

On April 10, 2021, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer ordered an extension of the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s COVID-19 Emergency Rules for an additional six (6) months.

The COVID-19 Emergency Rules are now effective until October 14, 2021.
