The last few weeks have seen seismic shifts in the COVID-19 workplace safety landscape. Below is a state-by-state summary of some of the most important changes (and continued requirements):
On April 30, 2021, Massachusetts Governor Charles Baker issued an Executive Order stating that face masks are required outdoors in a public location only when six (6) feet of social distancing cannot be maintained or as otherwise required by the Sector-Specific COVID-19 Safety Rules.
