Massachusetts Update
October 5, 2020
The last few weeks have seen seismic shifts in the COVID-19 workplace safety landscape. Below is a state-by-state summary of some of the most important changes (and continued requirements):
On September 29, 2020, Massachusetts’ Governor Charlie Baker announced that beginning on October 5, 2020, lower risk communities will be allowed to move into Step II of Phase III of Massachusetts’ reopening plan. All other communities will remain in Phase III, Step I.
