The last few weeks have seen seismic shifts in the COVID-19 workplace safety landscape. Below is a state-by-state summary of some of the most important changes (and continued requirements):
On November 18, 2020, Kansas Governor Kelly issued Executive Order 20-68, requiring all individuals to wear a mask or face covering when:
in any indoor public space;
in line to enter any indoor public space;
outdoors in public spaces and not able to maintain six (6) distance from others; or
waiting for or riding on public transportation or while in a taxi, private car services, or ride-sharing vehicle.
The Order also outlines certain face covering exceptions. It takes effect on November 25, 2020.
