On February 28, 2022, Illinois Governor JB Pritzker issued an updated executive order regarding the use of masks in public indoor spaces. The order largely ended the state’s indoor mask mandate, effective immediately. Masks are still required in congregate and healthcare settings, as well as on public transportation.
