The last few weeks have seen seismic shifts in the COVID-19 workplace safety landscape. Below is a state-by-state summary of some of the most important changes (and continued requirements):
On October 26, 2020, the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare issued a Public Health Order moving the state back to Stage 3 of the Idaho Rebounds Plan. Among other things, the Order requires employers to implement certain physical distancing and sanitation requirements.
