Colorado Update

The last few weeks have seen seismic shifts in the COVID-19 workplace safety landscape. Below is a state-by-state summary of some of the most important changes (and continued requirements):
On September 15, the Colorado Department of Public Health issued Public Health Order 20-35 (Safer at Home Dial). The Order outlines the requirements for implementation of Safer at Home Dial, including but not limited to, social distancing requirements, cleaning standards, and other items necessary to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
The appendices of the Order contain specific guidance for certain businesses.
