The California Division of Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board (Board) recently withdrew the Cal/OSHA Prevention Emergency Temporary Standard it previously adopted on June 3, 2021.

The Standards Board will meet on June 17 to vote on adopting the newly proposed revisions to the current Cal/OSHA COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standard.
