Telehealth providers must consider a myriad of complex, and sometimes competing, regulatory considerations. For example, providing telehealth services to patients located in multiple states requires compliance with multiple state laws. Due to the increasing regulatory complexity, some providers are unaware of these requirements. While enforcement in this area has not historically been a priority for most regulators, this is quickly changing. In this webinar, you will learn the how to comply with laws and regulations governing telehealth providers.

Among other things, this webinar will cover topics such as:

  • Developing trends in telehealth enforcement, including recent federal and state investigations
  • Best practices, procedures, and processes to help telehealth providers comply with these legal and regulatory requirements and avoid investigatory and enforcement scrutiny.
