Patrick Garcia is an attorney in the Annapolis office of Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman, P.C. Mr. Garcia regularly advises clients on regulatory and compliance issues with a particular focus on fraud and abuse laws, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and False Claims Act lawsuits and investigations. Before that, Mr. Garcia served as Senior Counsel in the Office of Counsel to the Inspector General, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (OIG). Mr. Garcia is a graduate of Saint Louis University School of Law.
