About the Presenter

Wesley Pruett is owner of the consulting practice HR Advisors LLC. Mr. Pruett regularly counsels small and mid-size companies on a wide variety of HR issues including compensation, compliance, policy development, performance management, and employee relations. Previously, he served as Chief Support Officer for the Mayo Clinic Health System in Fairmont. Mr. Pruett is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
