In this webinar, you will learn practical techniques and strategies to implement at every stage of the EEOC charge process.  Among other things, you will learn how to:

  • Provide the right amount and kind of information in a position statement
  • Handle supplemental requests for information and on-site investigations
  • Decide when to mediate a charge
  • Preserve the employer’s rights during a conciliation conference
  • Settle a charge before or after a “probable cause” finding is made

You will also learn about recent developments on how much “good faith” is required in a conciliation conference and what provisions to include (or not) in settlement agreements.
