Attorneys engaged in the practice of estate planning and probate administration encounter unique ethical issue. Frequently, simply identifying the party or parties who the attorney owes ethical duties is a complex matter. It is sometimes not simply the client. The ethical issues can be easily overlooked because they are not always obvious. An unrecognized ethical issues can create numerous issues for the attorney including bar complaints, malpractice claims, disgorgement, disqualification, loss of clients, harm to the attorney’s reputation and embarrassment.

This webinar will assist the attorney in identifying and resolving professional ethical issues. Among other things, this webinar will address the following topics:

John A. Snow is a Member of Prince, Yeates & Geldzahler, where he practices general civil litigation. Mr. Snow regularly counsels clients on professional malpractice, commercial law, construction, and insurance coverage and defense. Mr. Snow serves as Chair of the Ethics Advisory Opinion Committee of the Utah State Bar. He is a graduate of Arizona State University.
