The Employment Law for Supervisors series teaches supervisors the practical information they need to comply with the complex web of workplace laws. The training consists of five courses, which can be taught separately or joined together for a single 4-hour course. The courses are:
• Interviewing and Hiring Lawfully and Effectively (1 hour)
• Effective Coaching and Discipline (1 hour)
• Wage and Overtime Requirements (45 minutes)
• Family and Medical Leave (45 minutes)
• Reasonable Accommodation of Disabilities and Religious Practices (30 minutes)
