Dawn Henry, Esq.

Dawn Henry is a former senior trial attorney for the United States Department of Justice. Ms. Henry worked as a Senior Trial Attorney for the Employment Litigation Section of the Civil Rights Division.  In that office, Ms. Henry investigated and litigated numerous harassment and discrimination cases against employers across the nation.

Ms. Henry was also a Senior Trial Counsel for the U.S. Department of Justice’s Tobacco Litigation Team, in which she investigated tobacco industry practices, prepared experts, and filed motions in one of the government’s largest cases, a RICO lawsuit against the tobacco industry.

Through her work at the Department of Justice, and in previous positions in the area of domestic violence, Ms. Henry has provided training to hundreds of attorneys, law enforcement professionals and others on effective investigative techniques and lawful employment practices.

Ms. Henry is a graduate of Colgate University and the University of Virginia School of Law.
